- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A rush package with pet medication was supposed to be delivered to my house on Saturday. Nothing arrived and I received an email from Amazon that it was delivered by USPS and ready for pick up (what!?!). That's never happened before. All tracking information leads to the Coupeville Post Office. By the time I received the notice the office was closed. Went there 1st thing on Monday morning. No one knew where the package was and the Post Master b.s. me and said it should be delivered that day. Nothing arrived on Monday either. Someone has been home Friday - Tuesday to take delivery. Amazon got on the phone with me and a rude USPS costumer service woman that afternoon who could only send a redelivery request for Tuesday but she "couldn't make any promises". Still nothing. Both the Post Master and the USPS customer care person were defensive and made a comment about "not digging through all the packages to find mine" leaving me with the impression that I should leave them alone and they would get to it when they get to it. Folks, this was an Guaranteed 2 Day Amazon Prime purchase for a sick dog, not lamp shade or something frivolous.
